Finding the rich has been unsuccessful. They never want to hear our message. But I have hope that someday they will!!! Me and my companion started planning a missionary fireside in July. So hopefully the whole ward will get involved. It's kind of been a hard week.
I look forward in hope though. I love the lord and his work. I am trying to bend to his will and not mine and that is hard.
It's times like these that your testimony is strengthened though. So I will just keep pressing forward!!!
Mahal ko Kayo!!!
The sign that I am making means guapo which means I am saying I am cute ;)
So, this is my first time trying Tanga ng Baboy (or ear of a pig)....It was just fat.
These are all the neighborhood kids that are always calling me and my companion by our first names because they found us on Facebook, but they are all really cool!!!
Maybe plan a FHE the members love fun activities, silly games and a spiritual thought and treat. I used to make candy popcorn cause it is something from my family traditions that I can share with them that isn't typical Filipino dessert. Assign active members to bring an investigator or less active member.) Make it fun too and very specific assignments. I understand your frustration but it is so important that your investigators have real friends in the ward that are strong and then make sure as soon as they are baptized the bishop gives them a calling. Just some suggestions, If you need ideas for activities let me know and I will send some too. Mahal, Tia Wendi
